Prices posted on www.kantalou.com are in Canadian dollars before taxes, assembly and shipping. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of order. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PROCESSING TIME

We undertake to process your order within 48 working hours of payment. 

If by mistake an unavailable product is in your order, we assure you an exchange.

When you make your purchase, a confirmation will be sent to you by email with all the details of your order.

All orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days for Quebec residents.
