Refund policy

We accept returns of Kantalou products on the condition that they have not been worn or washed, within 30 days. The costs related to the return of a product are at the customer's expense. We will exchange products within 3-5 business days following receipt of the product(s). Standard delivery times must then be calculated. No refunds. At any time, Kantalou reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the reasons are not valid. *Products on sale are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

If there is an error in the order, please contact us at info@kantalou.com. The cost related to the exchange will be refunded (standard delivery). We will process the exchange within 3-5 business days following receipt of the returned product(s). If it is a discontinued product, a credit will be applied on your next purchase on the online store.  

ERRORS

Errors are always possible. In the event that a product is misrepresented (e.g. price or description) due to typographical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may have been placed for such product. If your credit card has already been charged for such a purchase, we will reimburse you for the full amount paid.
